London, UK Network Routing Issues

Update: Latency appears to have returned to normal, we’ll keep an eye on it over the next few hours and update this post if anything changes.

At around 17:00 UTC (12:00 PM CDT) today part of our UK network began experiencing severe routing issues causing very high latency and packet loss. The following systems are affected:

  • Node 8 London, UK (
  • London, UK SQL (
